Shipping Policy

- Delivery Instructions: We encourage you to add specific delivery instructions through the courier’s website to help prevent theft or loss. Hammam Chic does not offer theft protection and cannot compensate for packages stolen after delivery.
- Acceptance of Delivery: The customer assumes responsibility for the package upon delivery. Please check your package upon arrival to ensure that all items are correct and in good condition.
Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Please note, final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please use our automated return system via your Shopify order page or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact our support team via email, providing your order number and details about the defect or damage.
