Orders take up to 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. We ship with USPS, which will typically take about 2-8 days* to be delivered.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email stating your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Please note, final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please use our automated return system via your Shopify order page or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact our support team via email, providing your order number and details about the defect or damage.

Currently, we ship domestically to the continental United States.

How should I care for my towel?
Our towels are machine washable. We recommend washing on the coolest and gentlest setting. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on the coolest and gentlest setting. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and dryer sheets. We recommend patting yourself dry with the towels rather than scrubbing (stop scrubbing things on your skin!).

As a small business in a world of business empires, we want to do our share of helping the environment and protecting our Earth. We begin with the materials used to make our towels – 100% pure organic cotton picked from the fields of Turkey. No synthetic ingredients, ever. Our towels are then made in small batches with a large wooden loom. We ship our towels in 100% compostable packaging. We kindly ask that you reuse the materials inside your package to give them a second life.
