When will I receive my order?
Orders take up to 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. We ship with USPS, which will typically take about 2-8 days* to be delivered.
*Due to the worldwide pandemic, there has been a significant delay with USPS delivery times. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we extend our hearts to all during this time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email stating your order has been shipped with your USPS tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, please use our contact page within 15 days to submit your concerns with the best email address to contact you. You will receive a timely response with further questions, and if needed, some additional questions. All returns are expected to be unused and in good condition. Once we have responded to your message, returns must be received within 30 days. Please note, we do not cover return expenses.
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please let us know if you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund when you initially contact us.

How should I care for my towel?
Our towels are machine washable. We recommend washing on the coolest and gentlest setting. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on the coolest and gentlest setting. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and dryer sheets. We recommend patting yourself dry with the towels rather than scrubbing (stop scrubbing things on your skin!).

We begin with the materials used to make our towels – 100% pure organic cotton picked from the fields of Turkey. No synthetic ingredients, ever. Our towels are then made in small batches with a large wooden loom. We ship our towels in 100% compostable packaging. We kindly ask that you reuse the materials inside your package to give them a second life.
